Delicious and very affordable!

Caution - chicken totally burned! It is served black, of course completely dry inside. We cut away everything that wasn't edible and ate the rest, because we had to wait 20 minutes for the waitress and then again for the food. Actually we should have let the food go back, but unfortunately we didn't have time for a second meal or another restaurant. The waitress and boss apologized but didn't offer any compensation. Please get the chickens off the grill earlier the next time, otherwise you won't have a chance in the competition for restaurants at Corona. There are many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity! The plates are also much too small for the meal!

Service ... tried but unsuccessful. Unintended operations. First nobody came, then we were asked twice for food. A drink can be left much later because it was forgotten. Vegetarian very inflexible. We asked for a vegetarian meal ... then there was a dumpling with red cabbage and gravy ... no meat, but the gravy is made from animals ... The quality of the food is ... but unfortunately in the lowest area when it comes to the selection of other localities. What a shame...

Good Bavarian cuisine

Every time we are in Munich we go to Mittenwald to eat in a butcher's snack. Very good home cooking, very tasty.

Hadn't been back in Germany in 28yrs. It was delicious just as I remembered. This was my kids first going to Germany too so this was a nice spot for us to go. Great food great service.

If you want to go out in a cozy ambience food should not go here are other things to highlight. Simple kitchen size portions Child friendly service. Price / offer: Very good.

I think here, I've eaten the best knuckle of my life. An authentic place, at a great price. If you come to Mittenval do not hesitate.

Price plus performance is absolutely fine! I have rarely had such an attentive service as there. Normally, women of such a class rest on their looks, but not this absolute grenade !!!! Rarely experienced such a beautiful woman who takes her job so seriously !!!! Thanks for this experience !!!!

Great place with big and small tables, local food, rather big menu, very helpful staff ready to explain what is inside of every dish and helping to decide what to take. Mostly locals around, nice beer and really good music. Everything was delicious, probably just a better knife to cut the sausages was missing.

What a lovely restaurant, my goodness. I had a lovely meal, it must have been just me and a local dining about an hour before what most would consider lunchtime. The staff were very kind and seemed like friendly folks to speak with. Oh, and since I was visiting in the winter, they had a wonderful Christmas atmosphere and I felt so cozy I didn't want to leave right away.

Very good for a snack. I ate rumpsteak. Since some restaurant can cut off a slice. And it was still huge. I'm a good eater, but I did not make it.

A very polite customer service team is available at this location. I also enjoy the look and taste of the various dishes. I can only recommend it.

Excellent location as excellent are the prices and quality of the beers, otherwise everything below average, food, hygiene and professionalism. Touching money and then food, I noticed, in Germany and Austria for those behind the counter of a rotisserie or grill haus is a normal thing. Menu strictly written in German where you don't understand a kaiser and little helpful room staff. Not recommended by me, especially for Italians.

Good afternoon, I just ate the dish that appears in the photo that I have posted, it is a ham knuckle with garnish, extraordinary. The restaurant is very central and with a great variety of dishes, especially aumadas. It offers a good quality of food for a reasonable price. It is worth having a beer accompanied by one of the many typical dishes of the Bavarian region. It does not have its own parking, you have to leave the car about 150 m. Highly recommended.
